Steps to Building a Skincare Routine

Our skin is the largest organ of our human body and can become damaged as we age. A skincare routine can help you keep your skin healthy and clear as you age. While there’s no magic formula to keep your face from ever getting another pimple or black head, there are ways to reduce the chances. No matter what kind of skin you have, dry or oily or a combination of the two, a skincare routine can be beneficial to minimizing the aging process and having a healthy wellness routine. The trick is to find high-quality, effective skincare products that work for your skin type.

Building a Skincare Routine

Starting a new skincare routine can be confusing, and you may not know where to begin. 1. Cleanse Your Face

Toners can be applied up to twice daily for those with oily skin and is used to get an additional deep clean while tightening your pores. If you wear foundation, sunscreen may be unnecessary because many foundations have SPF in it – check your product label to be sure. Sunscreen should be applied before starting your day, there’s no need to wear it to sleep.
